NCDIT provides a Website Quality & Accessibility Monitoring tool at no cost to all state and local government agencies. Powered by DubBot, this tool automates checks for common accessibility issues, scans PDFs, and more.
Statewide IT Accessibility Contract Available
The Statewide IT Contract 8116A is now available for use and includes:
- Website and digital content accessibility audits, and remediation
- Multimedia transcription, captioning, and description
- Accessibility consulting
- Document remediation services and software
- Accessibility training

AI PDF-to-HTML Conversion Tool Available Statewide
Our AI-powered PDF-to-HTML conversion tool has supported Digital Commons sites since early summer, helping agencies reduce reliance on PDFs and improve accessibility by converting suitable documents into HTML. We are pleased to share that this tool is now available to agencies with websites and applications outside the Digital Commons platform.
Agencies interested in using the tool can submit a request through the NCDIT Support Center.
